| How do we take payment? |
After we have discussed your requirements, we will email you an invoice which needs to be paid prior to delivery/or collection. |
| When will I get my deposit back? |
We'll transfer the deposit back to you within 7 days of the trackway coming off-hire & being returned in good condition. |
| Is the trackway suitable for caravans? |
Yes and motorhomes. |
| Can I use the trackway to protect my lawn? |
Yes it's perfect for that type of job & you can drive a mini diggers over it; or similar. |
| Can I move the track on my own? |
The track is very manoeuvrable between two adults. It can be clipped together with metal joints or just laid if the ground is flat. |
| Can I collect the track? |
Yes or we deliver if preferred. |
| Do I have to wash the track? |
The track needs to come back clean or we have a small cleaning fee. They are easy to wash with a pressure washer or just a hose and broom. |
| Can I use track over a trench? |
No. |
| How much do they weight? |
32kg. |
| How much weight can I put on the track? |
As with all ground protection mats, the support they provide is dependent on the firmness of the ground they are on but about 5 tons is fine. |
| Is it suitable for metal tracked vehicles? |
No. |
| How do the mats join together? |
We'll provide you with metal clips to put into pre-drilled holes. |
| Can I collect & set-up on my own? |
Yes you can either collect from us near Fairford, Gloucestershire or we can deliver to you & set-up. |
| Do you store data about me? |
Yes, we store the data we need to allow us to take your booking and provide a service to you, in accordance with GDPR 6(1)(b). All information is held securely. |
